Ofsted-registered · Supported accommodation
We provide regulated supported accommodation for young people aged 16 and 17 in local authority care, and care leavers moving toward independence. Around 20 locations across the UK, steady routines, planned pathways, and 24-hour on-call support.
Our approach
Young people arriving to us have often experienced disruption. Our approach centres on consistent adults, predictable routines, and the everyday competencies that make independent living achievable.
Staff are trained to understand behaviour as communication. We respond with regulation, not reaction, and we do not use restraint or punitive sanctions.
Wake, meals, key-work, education or employment, and rest sit within a routine that young people can rely on. Structure is a form of care.
Every young person has an individual plan mapped to their Pathway Plan and Placement Plan, reviewed alongside their social worker and personal adviser.
We work in step with social workers, IROs, YOTs, CAMHS, GPs, colleges and DWP. One point of contact per young person, clear records, timely reporting.
